UNDERSTANDING CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

To really understand Christ consciousness, we must first appreciate consciousness in the scriptures. From our main verse, the word conscience comes from consciousness. It is from the Greek word, "suneidēsis" arising from the root: suneidō and it means a joint awareness. In other words, it is a co-perception or co-knowledge. That means to be Christ conscious is to have the same personal awareness as Jesus Christ. Practically, it means to know yourself, exactly as Christ knows you. The lack of Christ consciousness makes people know themselves totally different from how Christ knows them. The Godhead knows you right now in this world, exactly as Christ. How do you know yourself?
