JUST A SECOND IS ENOUGH

Every student of the Bible is conversant with the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the whole of Daniel chapter three. These young Israelites held on to their belief in Yahweh amid the fiercest threats of life and until they were finally cast into the fiery furnace. But no sooner had they landed in the fire that divine presence succored them, and the king noticed it with astonishment (verse 24). No matter how long your expectation of the physical results of the engagement has been, don't give up. That seeming shame, pain, disappointment can change at any moment. Just a second is more than enough for a sudden change. Therefore, when faith seems to fail, remember that it doesn't fail. Hold on more tightly.
